Dear Parents, Students, Staff, and Valued Community Stakeholders,
It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the Interim Head Coach and Athletic Director for Hempstead High School. I am excited for the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated student athletes, committed staff, and supportive families to build a culture rooted in integrity, discipline, and pride. My goal is to foster an environment where our programs not only compete at a high level but also develop character, leadership, and teamwork that will benefit our students beyond the field of play. I look forward to connecting with each of you and working together to strengthen our athletic community and uphold the proud traditions of Hempstead High School. Go Bobcats. #BPND

The 24-3A Junior High District Meet wrapped up in exciting fashion! All teams competed with outstanding class and integrity, and we’re proud to celebrate multiple district qualifiers and gold medal performances.
A huge thank you goes out to our Junior High, High School, and District Admin Teams for their continued support in making this event a success. We also extend our appreciation to our Booster Club members, Coaches, ISD Police, and all Staff for their dedication, cooperation, and hard work throughout the meet.

Baseball vs Boling April 7th |
Hempstead took an early lead in the top of the first inning, as Brayden Diiorio singled and moved to second on a balk before Ben Mayes drove him in with a base hit. However, that would be Hempstead’s only run of the game. A combination of costly errors, walks, and timely hitting by Boling allowed them to take control and pull away, handing Hempstead a 16–1 loss.

HHS Track and Field will travel to Van Vleck High School to compete in the 24AAA District competition on April 8 & 9.
- HHS Baseball will host Boling on April 10 @ 6 p.m.
- HHS Softball Team will host Boling on April 10 @ 6 p.m.
- Physical Day May 13 from 2 pm - 5 pm. All athletes from Middle to High School are encouraged to attend. Cost for physical is $20
